Our earrings are handmade, and as such, may show small imperfections. I work very hard to ensure my creations are very high quality, but you may find an occasional bubble, mark, or other quirk. I hope you will embrace this nature of handmade goods!

SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, after which USPS delivery time typically ranges from 2-3 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

We accept returns for damaged earrings within 30 days of purchase. After this, please reach out to us at moonacustom@gmail.com and we can handle on a case to case basis.

 

If you are not happy with your earrings, email us at moonacustom@gmail.com to initiate a return. After hearing back from us, you must ship your return within 10 days of purchase and are expected to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, please allow 5 business days to refund your purchase. Item must be returned in the condition it was received to be eligible for refund.
